In these uncertain times, we hope that you and your loved ones are healthy and safe. We know many companies are struggling at the moment and here at Time Point, we want to help! Firstly, thank you to all our customers for your continued support. Time Point have been strictly following the guidelines issued by our Government relating to COVID-19.

You can count on us to keep you up to date with the latest recommendations. Thankfully, our staff are safe and can work remotely. We are open across all departments and can be contacted during normal business hours. We have activated our business continuity plan to ensure we can provide a full suite of services for the duration of this restricted period.

Employees can be assigned as COVID officers in their HR file. COVID-19 certifications can be uploaded to the employee’s documents folder.

As part of our ‘Operational Excellence’ programme DCU initially implemented the Time Point software in two of the DCU Commercial Group companies. We believed the solution best fitted their specific business needs in relation to management of employee time and attendance, rostering and the integration to the payroll process. Time Point Cloud was deployed on budget and in a timely manner and the project support was of a very high standard throughout.

The Time Point software enabled us to automate the rostering and payroll process, increase efficiencies and reduce administration times. We hope to roll out the Time Point software further within the DCU Commercial Group and also avail of added functionality within the software, particularly those relating to Employee Self Service, Labour Forecasting and HR Workforce Management.
